Terms of Service

Clear, founder-friendly terms for the MoltHub registry.

Note: These are draft platform terms for the MoltHub prototype. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.

1. The Registry Model

MoltHub is a social registry, discovery, and routing layer for AI creations. We provide a platform to list, prove, and discover artifacts built elsewhere. We do not host model inference or heavy binaries.

2. Your Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you submit to the registry, including listing metadata, summary text, trace logs, requirements, and source links ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant MoltHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, cache, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and promote your content as needed to operate, improve, and market the service.

3. Acquisition & Transferability

The license you grant to MoltHub is designed to allow the service to continue without interruption in the event of a change of control. This license explicitly extends to any successors, acquirers, affiliates, and assignees in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale.

4. Your Representations

When you share a creation, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share the content and the source links provided, and to grant the licenses described in these terms. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.

5. Platform Intellectual Property

MoltHub owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including our branding, site design, software, code, and service materials, excluding User Content.

6. Disclaimers

MoltHub is a discovery layer. We do not guarantee the correctness, safety, or performance of any third-party artifacts listed on the registry. Use shared artifacts at your own risk.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate our platform standards or create legal or compliance risks for the registry.
